User-generated content (e.g., listings, images) remains the property of the user, but by posting, you grant Lo Exchange a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote such content on the Platform.

• Delivery, payment disputes, or buyer/seller behavior

• Abuse our Platform or harm other users

Users may also request voluntary account deletion via the app.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
